Céline Bardet

President and Founder

Céline is an international criminal lawyer and investigator. After years of fieldwork, she founded WWoW in 2014 and created the digital tool BackUp for survivors of conflict-related sexual violence. Ten years later, she remains deeply committed to the NGO, serving as its President.

Maïc Lesouef

Project Manager

Maïc joined WWoW in 2022 during her final-year internship. Since 2023, she has been in charge of the Nigeria project. She is also responsible for coordinating the evolution of the BackUp tool and assessing its feasibility in the various contexts of the NGO's interventions.

Arthur Carle

Project Assistant

Arthur joined the organization in January 2024 as an intern and has been working as a consultant since October. He is an assistant on the Nigeria project and contributes to the team's work in a cross-functional manner.

Léa-Rose Stoian

Strategic Advisor

Léa-Rose joined the NGO in 2016, where she co-created the BackUp tool with Céline Bardet. She has since become an independent consultant but remains actively involved in the organization. She advises the NGO on the international deployment strategy of BackUp, particularly within the framework of the Nigeria project.

Manna Delaroche

Lawyer and Executive assistant to the President

Manna joined the team in January 2024. She assists the President in all her duties and contributes cross-functionally to the NGO's projects. She is particularly involved in supporting the development of the justice department.

Léa Darves-Bornoz

Operations Manager

Léa is a lawyer and international criminal investigator specializing in sexual violence and justice issues. She spent two years in Iraq working on crimes committed by the Islamic State before joining WWoW in 2024, where she oversees operations and the development of the justice department.

Marine Guyard

Lawyer and Advocacy Officer

Marine joined WWoW in January 2024. She contributes to the organization's development in a cross-functional manner, focusing particularly on communication and the Observatory on Sexual Violence. She also provides support for the Nigeria and Israel projects.
